What data do we collect?

Newsletter form: email address.

Contact form (if activated in the future): name and email address.

No payment data is collected directly on this site: donations are handled through Buy Me a Coffee, an external platform with its own privacy policy.

Purpose of processing

To send news and exclusive content to those who voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter.

To answer enquiries sent through the contact channels.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the express consent given by the user when filling in the corresponding form.

Recipients and data processors

Data may be processed by the following providers, acting as data processors or as a result of the use of their services:

Lovable (website hosting and management of newsletter email delivery).

Google (Google Search Console; if Google Analytics is activated, this policy will be updated and the corresponding consent will be requested before activation).

Holafly / Impact.com (affiliate management platform; when clicking a Holafly affiliate link, that platform may install its own tracking cookies, unrelated to this site).

Buy Me a Coffee (donation management; the user leaves this site and becomes subject to that platform's privacy policy).

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, processing relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or other recognised international transfer mechanisms).

Data retention

Data will be kept until the user requests its deletion or withdraws consent, and for the legally required periods where applicable.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to infoutopiaproject@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations.

Minors

The services on this site (newsletter, contact forms) are aimed at people over 14 years of age, the minimum age to consent to the processing of personal data under Spanish law. If we detect that a child under 14 has provided their data without authorisation from their legal guardians, we will delete it.
